Dear Fire Circle Family,
As I sit here on the bus back to Kuala Lumpur, reflecting on our incredible journey together, my heart is full.
2025 was a year of transformation for our community. You showed up, week after week, sharing your wisdom, your struggles, your victories.
Together, we created something truly special.
You reminded me why we started this five years ago: because everyone has a story worth sharing, and wisdom grows when it's freely given.
Now, as we step into 2026, I'm excited to invite you into our next chapter.
🔥 INTRODUCING: "AROUND THE FIRE" - OUR 2026 RHYTHM 🔥
After listening to your feedback and learning what truly keeps communities thriving, we're creating a more intentional, sustainable rhythm for 2026.
This isn't about doing more or less - it's about going deeper together.
What's changing (and why you'll love it):
👉TWICE MONTHLY MONDAY GATHERINGS
🗣️FIRST MONDAY: "IGNITE" SESSION
Time: 7:00 PM Malaysia (1 hour - earlier for global access!)
We'll gather to:
• Welcome everyone with a quick check-in circle
• Meet that month's featured storyteller (a 20-minute preview of their journey)
• Set ONE clear intention for the month together
• Launch a mini-challenge to implement what we're learning
Think of this as planting seeds - we're starting something new together each month.
🗣️LAST MONDAY: "CELEBRATE" SESSION
Time: 8:00 PM Malaysia (90 minutes - our familiar deeper evening)
We'll come together to:
• Celebrate wins and progress (Did you try the challenge? What shifted?)
• Experience the full story deep dive with Q&A
• Connect in small breakout groups for meaningful conversation
• Find your accountability buddy for the month ahead
• Get a sneak peek of next month's theme
This is harvest time - we gather what we've learned and celebrate growth.
🗣️THE OTHER MONDAYS: INTENTIONAL SILENCE
Here's what might surprise you - we're NOT meeting on the other Mondays of the month. And this is actually better.
Why? Because transformation doesn't happen in constant consumption. It happens in the space between - when you have time to implement, to practice, to let the wisdom settle into your life.
During these weeks, you'll receive:
• A weekly email with story excerpts and reflections

You've helped me build something even better than I IMAGINED in the last 5 years.
