Fire Starters: How We Kicked Off 2026 Together

Last Monday, our Tribe gathered Around the Fire for something different, no presentations, no reports, just real conversations about what we're bringing into 2026.
We worked through three simple but powerful questions, spending a few minutes alone with our thoughts before sharing with each other:
What are we leaving behind from 2025?
The answers were honest. Old patterns that don't serve us anymore. Perfectionism. Fear of asking for help. Saying yes when we mean no. We named them out loud and let them go.
What 2026 goal scares us a little bit?
Not the safe goals, the ones that make our stomachs flip. The ones we're almost embarrassed to admit. Those are the real ones. Those are the ones worth chasing.
Who will we become when we achieve it?
This is where it got interesting. Because it's never really about the goal itself. It's about who we become in the process of getting there.
Today through the WhatsApp Activation we are moving into support, what resources we already have, what help we need, what we can give. And finally, we committed to our smallest first step. The one so small we can't say no to it.
The vulnerability in our Zoom room reminded me why we do this work. We're not just building a community. We're becoming people who show up for each other.
Updates for 2026
365 Book Timing
The 365 Empowering Stories book is taking a bit longer than planned, and I'm making peace with that. I'm pacing it so I can pour from a full cup again - because rushed work isn't our best work, and you deserve better than that. The stories are too important to rush.
Story Share Sessions: Every Two Weeks
Starting February 2nd, we're moving to story sharing and reflection. This gives us time to really dive deep with each contributor, create quality content, and maintain sustainability.

We have ONE slot open on February 2nd for a 365 contributor ready to share their story and record their podcast session. If that's you, let me know in a DM.

Here's our new rhythm:
Week 1: Storytelling (Monday Meetup on Zoom with live contributor session)
Week 2: WhatsApp Activation (quick check-ins, staying connected)
Week 3: Reflection Exercise (deeper implementation work)
Week 4: WhatsApp Activation (accountability and support)
This schedule gives us the perfect balance, live connection every two weeks, consistent engagement in between, space for deep work, and ongoing accountability.
We're building something sustainable that honors both the stories and the people sharing them.
We're pacing ourselves for the long game. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
See you on the next Monday Meetup.
Andrea
